. Now, most assume overweight, obesity, fat, sickness, etc.. is only due to food, exercise, and heredity. I’m here to tell you that this is wrong! Yes it’s a factor, however, mindset and emotional health plays a powerful role in physical health and maintaining a healthy weight.
I could go on and on on this, however I’d like for you to see the proof yourself! If you answered yes to any of the questions above and or you’ve realized that you’ve been playing it small, not living your authentic life, it’s time for a breakthrough!
Take one week, one whole week to do these 4 things
- No complaining…complain about nothing at all out loud or silently to yourself!
- Choose one thing and one thing only that you’ve wanted to start or complete and DO IT!
- Drink 100 oz of water everyday.
- Use your phone and take a picture of every single thing you eat for 7 whole days…even if it’s a bite from your child’s plate!
Accountability
- Every time you complain out loud or silently, YOU MUST give $5 to one of your charities, or a complete stranger.
- Start on your new goal or completing an unfinished one. It doesn’t matter if you’re not done within the 7 days. What matters is that you work on it each day. Email yourself your actions and results each day & post it to facebook or tell someone who can hold you accountable.
- Get a 32 oz BPA Free water bottle and drink 3 bottles a day of purified water.
- Post your food pics to Facebook, or text them to someone who’ll hold you accountable.
By the end of the 7 days you can expect to lose 2-5 pounds!!! Feel more confident!!! And most of all you’ll feel like you’re playing a bigger game because you are!!!
*Make sure you weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning AFTER using the bathroom on day one and do the same on the morning of day 8.

You are INCREDIBLE! This is all so true. We often hold ourselves back from reaching our goals in fear that we’ll leave the people we love behind. It’s time to think about ourselves, take care of ourselves, and take action by reevaluating some of those same relationships in the first place. Why be friends with someone who wants you to be fat/unhealthy/unhappy/you-name-it in the first place?
