Cleansing Drink
1 tablespoonful of Vit-Ra-Tox No. 16 Detoxificant- Bentonite
1 teaspoon Vit-Ra-Tox No. 19 Intestinal Cleanser- Psyllium
-Add both with 10oz of water to a bottle with a lid, shake vigorously, and drink immediately.
-Drink plenty of water following the cleansing drink up to the time for your whole food cleansing supplements.
-You can also take the bentonite straight from a tablespoon by itself then immediately drink #19 Intestinal Cleanser- Psyllium alone (this decreases thickness). Make sure you take them at the same time without a time lapse.
